El concurso tiene como objetivo: DEFINICI\u00d3N DEL CONCURSOEl concurso reconoce la mejor tapa elaborada en Suiza bajo criterios de: FECHA Y LUGAREl concurso se celebrar\u00e1 el s\u00e1bado 6 de junio de 2026, en el marco del Espa\u00f1ol\u00e9 Street Food Festival, en laZeughausareal (Z\u00farich). PARTICIPANTESPodr\u00e1n participar: INSCRIPCI\u00d3NLa inscripci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 mediante: CONDICIONES T\u00c9CNICAS DE LA TAPA Las elaboraciones deber\u00e1n cumplir: DESARROLLO DEL CONCURSO Horarios: JURADOEl jurado estar\u00e1 compuesto por 5 miembros: SISTEMA DE EVALUACI\u00d3NLas tapas ser\u00e1n evaluadas sobre 100 puntos: Mayor puntuaci\u00f3n en \u2018Sabor y equilibrio\u2019.
